Module 2: What’s your business?

This session will help you to define just what your business proposition is.

Module 5: Financial planning

In this module we get down to some serious financial planning including taxation

Module 3: Making money

First steps to your own business

This is an intensive day which covers the content of Modules 1, 2 and 4 looking at the legal aspects of running a business, what you are selling and how to win customers

 

Planning for success

This is an intensive day which covers the content of Modules 3, 5 and 6. We focus on financial and business planning, including pricing strategies, budgeting, cashflow planning, taxation and what needs to be in your business plan.
