My Privacy Policy

I respect your personal data and will only use it to send you information that I hope you will find interesting or useful and I promise not to bombard you. You will always have the right to unsubscribe and whilst I will be sad to see you go I will understand that you have your reasons.

If you choose to share your contact details and other information with me I promise to keep it safe and not to share it with anyone else without your express permission. Your data is stored securely in my password protected database and mailing list. If you want to know what information I hold about you please email me. I reserve the right to charge you a small administration fee as permitted in UK law.

Terms of Business

If you work with me on a one to one basis I will always confirm our agreement in writing specifying the work to be undertaken, deadlines and the appropriate fee. I will ask you to confirm your agreement either with a signature or by email. I will honour the fee agreed unless you change your requirements in which case we will discuss the financial and other implications and agree any revised fee in writing. For larger projects and first time clients I will request up to 50% of the agreed fee to be paid before commencing the work. Depending upon the size of the project and length of the assignment remaining fees will be payable on a monthly basis or upon completion of the agreed works.

If you buy a package or training event I will always clearly specify what you are buying and offer a satisfaction or money back guarantee. I want you to be happy and will work hard to resolve any concerns, in the unlikely event of a legal dispute UK law applies.
