We’re driven by your success. It’s what makes us get out of bed in the morning and what sometimes keeps us up for half the night! We believe that our success is firmly rooted in yours so we go the extra mile to help you identify and achieve your business goals.
Most of our clients are either start up businesses or small businesses wishing to grow. We understand that it can be difficult to find time to work on your business in normal working hours so we work at a time and place to suit you; early mornings, evenings and weekends are no problem and, if you do the night shift we can even do that too given sufficient notice.
The Training Pack is based in Ealing, West London but we’re happy to travel or to work remotely. Your primary point of contact will be owner Glenda Shawley, a SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) accredited Business Adviser and Member of the Institute for Learning. Glenda has been running her own business for almost 18 years and has worked with a very wide range of businesses and entrepreneurs. Her clients regularly comment on her ability to inspire them and to come up with fresh ideas to help grow their businesses.
We understand that, when you’re starting or running a small business, every penny counts so we work hard to keep our costs down so that we can offer you a quality service at a very cost effective price. This is why we don’t employ staff. We have a trusted network of talented associates with wide ranging skills and experience who we bring in as and when needed. This keeps our costs down and our services flexible so that we can offer you just what you need at a price you can afford.
